In the summer of 2017, our technical team went to Vietnam to provide cold room installation guidance service for a customer. The customer only gave us a deadline of 5 days, which was actually quite tight. Therefore, we decided to confirm the work details and process on-site with the customer in advance, hoping to start the work quickly after arrival.
However, upon arrival at the site, it was found that some parts were missing, and at the same time, the welders were unskilled, which resulted in a very slow installation that did not meet expectations.
In order to catch up with the construction period agreed with the customer, we took the initiative to propose that we can work overtime until 9:00 pm in the evening (the locals get off work at 4:30). Even some difficult welding pipe fittings, such as expansion valve, solenoid valve, and pipeline connection, our technical team personally helped the customer to install. Meanwhile, we strictly require the installers to install according to our technical guidance to ensure the installation quality.
After continues working overtime for 4 days, we were obviously tired, but we still insisted on installing with the highest efficiency. After making efforts with customers and installers, the equipment was finally successfully installed and debugged at noon on the fifth day, and the unit was able to operate smoothly.
When the project leader came to the inspection, he gave us a thumbs up and said“CRYO is really a team that keeps its promises and does what it says, and China’s efficiency is well-deserved.”
